Celebrating Excellence: 2026 CDHA Award Winners

CDHA recognizes exceptional volunteer service and outstanding scholarship through its award programs.

The board of directors is delighted to announce Wendy Stewart as the winner of this year’s Distinguished Service Award in recognition of her significant contributions to the advancement of the dental hygiene profession in Canada. Also honoured, as recipients of this year’s Award of Merit, are Mandy McGill, Melinda Ferguson Robertson, Rachael Dvorski, and Teresa Belarde-Chan.
